If the England rugby squad were a business, they would be regarded as one of the most agile, adaptive and determined companies in the UK.
In reaching the final, they have demonstrated three critical factors for achieving business success.
Firstly, know the target audience - or in their case, the Opposition side.
England have adapted their game to deliberately neutralise the strengths of the opposition as well as attack their weaknesses.
Secondly, there is no such thing as failure, only feedback.
England did not slump after their defeat against South Africa but instead, used the experience to change their physical and mental approach to the game.
Thirdly, have a 'Can Do' attitude.
Don't give up. Every opponent can be defeated. Even in the face of apparent superiority, the most determined individuals can succeed.
So for the final, my prediction is England - of course.
And a pat on the back for Josh Lewsey who is going to be sorely missed but definitely respected for his awesome contribution.
Come on England, the whole nation is behind you!

Lads, you put in a magnificent effort and I'm sure we all send you our sincere commiserations.
As I mentioned, there's no such things as failure, only feedback. Here's to 2011!
