The company was founded by Justin Baer in 2021. He pitched on Sharl Tank in the US and Peter invested along with Mark Cuban. Since investing, the business has gone from strength to strength.

The Dress Collar Polo™ was created because Justin hated wearing dress shirts under a sweater and jackets every day when he went to work in NYC. It was always uncomfortable, hot, a pain to get on and then after wearing them, he would have to have expensive dress shirts dry cleaned. Justin thought that there must be a more comfortable way to achieve this look. He set out on a one year journey to find a factory, the perfect fabric and a designer that could create the perfect buttery soft polo with a standard English spread collar. The rest is history.
